You have 28 days to notify us if your product has arrived in less than satisfactory condition. The guarantee policy will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.
We will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than 14 days after the return request is received.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product and where relevant the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it.

In the unusual event that there are any delivery shortages or delivery discrepancies they must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please use the contact details above and remember to include your name, address and items ordered as well as your order number. Please ensure you take care to order the items you require.
We endeavour to deliver your items within 7 working days to mainland UK. If you do not receive your order within these times please contact us with your order number to enable us to track the parcel.
