Life on Lockdown

2020 an interesting year for us

Timage Horse Haylage team have been fortunate to be able to deliver you our product throughout the pandemic. Life didn’t change a great deal, the cows still needed fed, the sheep still needed sheared and horses still needed to be exercised.

Harvest Time

When the time came the hay was harvested as normal. We’re a self contained farm, it’s only family that work for us, everyone who works for us basically lives in our house. Isolating and social distancing never really applied. Thankfully. Although sometimes we stay further than 2 metres away just to get a break.

Self Isolating Tractor

The one thing that did change for us was not visiting all the events that we attend every year – The Royal Highland Show and The Blair Horse Trials. We’ve really missed chatting to you all and just getting out there to meet the horse community in Scotland.

Here’s hoping that next year will be different with the announcement of all these vaccines.
